Day 1 - Experiencing the Culture of Japan

The Riverlites proceeded to the Daizaifu Tenmangu Shrine. It is the sacred ground where the Japanese remember Michizane Sugawara also known as "the god of learning".

After lunch, they visited the Nagasaki Museum of History and Culture where they learnt more about the history behind Nagasaki.

Hello Lynn, How do you feel the weather in Nagasaki, should be quite nice for you, right? You should be enjoying this 2 days, remember to eat vitamin C and drink plenty of water. The weather for tomorrow may have showers and thunder, please takes care yourself. Didn’t see your happy face in the blog and we are really misses you so much. glad to see you havin fun on the trip. We saw your picture at the buffet on the first day. If you come across any nice keychains that you like jus get it for your new key. takecare of yourself, drink more water and take less sweets and cold drinks.
